This notice explains how Planex processes personal data under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), also referred to in English as the Personal Data Protection Law ("PDPL").
For Planex, the data controller is Anofa. You may contact us through info@anofa.co for requests regarding your personal data.
We may process identity, contact, account, transaction security, and usage data that you provide during registration and while using the platform.
Your personal data may be processed for user account creation, platform access, support operations, security controls, legal compliance, and service communication purposes.
Your data may be transferred to infrastructure, hosting, and service providers when required for the delivery of Planex. Data is collected through digital forms, login flows, support messages, and technical system logs.
Under Article 11 of KVKK / PDPL, you may request information about whether your data is processed, ask for correction, request deletion where conditions are met, and object to unlawful processing.
