Welcome to Planex, a web platform operated by Anofa ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Planex platform, available at https://planex.anofa.co (the “Service”).
By registering for or using Planex, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Service.
Planex is a web-based platform that enables users to create synthetic representations of future urban environments based on user-provided data. The platform simulates and generates spatial features such as building footprints, road networks, households, and individuals. Planex is primarily intended for experts in spatial planning and urban risk modeling.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Your access will continue until the end of the billing period unless canceled.
All content provided by Planex, including the simulation engine, GIS interface, generated data, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Anofa, unless otherwise noted.
Data published or generated by Planex is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, allowing you to reuse and share with appropriate attribution.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard.

Planex is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of generated simulations or the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Use of the Service is at your own risk, especially when used for professional planning or risk assessment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anofa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
